This has included investment in the state of art recruitment database that currently boasts over 35000 FM, Engineering and Property jobseekers gathered over a period of 15 years covering the whole of the UK and EMEA.

We also heavily invested in our advertising mediums and currently advertise with all the specialist online mediums including, FM World, Total Jobs, Reed and Monster to name some, this is supported with “Broadbean” which enhances productivity along with giving our clients vacancies maximum exposure.

Further investment has gone into our company website, www.frluk.com which has been built by the one of the UK’s leading recruitment web designers, who have a proven track record in getting maxim exposure and traffic to sites based on the relevant keys words, which means that all your jobs get indexed for the right words, attracting the right candidates to your roles.

In terms of investing in our own people we are very much of the philosophy that “we want the best people and also want to retain the best people” so we introduced probably the best commission structure in the recruitment industry, it’s highly rewarding and fair.
