My client is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager to be responsible for a multi-site portfolio covering North London and across the M4 corridor, consisting of Commercial and Industrial units. Proven experience of Tenant/Occupier liaison with a focus on Customer Service and budget management skills are essential to this role, as is a full driving licence and own transport. Knowledge of managing a Service Charge Budget would be an advantage but more importantly you will need previous experience of managing and maintaining a multi-site, mixed use estate focussing on Health and Safety implications.
