Senior Engineering Manager required by Building Services Contractor to manage the Critical Engineering Maintenance on a Multi-site Banking Maintenance /FM Contract.
You will be based in the City of London and be responsible for undertaking complete performance reviews of the mechanical and electrical maintenance and staff training analysis as well as onsite inspections. You will be responsible for building shutdowns as necessary
You will meet regularly with key stakeholders (Contract Managers & Technical Clients) to ensure contract site risks are managed and communicated effectively, and to ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
You will provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
Applicants must be qualified with HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering leading to Incorporated Engineer Status. City and Guilds 16th and / or 17th edition, and ideally degree qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Chartered Engineer Status would be desirable
Previous management experience in a critical environment is essential, and you will currently hold your AP15 HV authorised person, or have held recently.
