The company are a leading provider of maintenance and facilities services and have a national presence.

With a fantastic brand name in the UK the Board are now are looking to appoint a business leading Director to help deliver core business services across the UK
This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-motivated and dynamic individual who may be looking to further their career or use there experience in a pivotal role.

Responsibilities:

* Development and delivery of the company's strategic growth plan from the outset.
* Identifying new revenue streams, managing resources and personal efficiently.
* Coordinate and manage the specification sales team, operations and technical departments while coordinating with the board of directors.
.
* Drive the sales and marketing by increasing market awareness in the UK
* Planning, directing and coordinating the manufacturing in compliance with the company goals and objectives.
* Support the technical department including product innovation, project management, estimating, order input, trouble shooting, contractual issues and coordination.
Manage the business as a stand alone profit centre.
Experience:

* Degree Educated or something similar ideally with a technical aptitude
* Significant experience of operating at a senior level from within the commercial construction sector.
* Ideally from a manufacturing background with architectural product portfolio
* Experience and interest in Green and sustainable design; energy efficiency with a strong network of Architects, Interior Designers, M&E consultants and contractors.
* A proactive business leader who is primarily sales and marketing focused but has strong financial acumen as well as operational, architectural design and project management processes
* A demonstrable track record of strategic growth and delivery with the ideal individual having experience at business start up and bottom end growth
* Excellent interpersonal, presentational and networking skills, coupled with personal credibility and integrity.
* Market credibility, customer focused, passionate, dynamic and market savvy
