We are currently recruiting for an assistant Facilities Manager based in South West London.
You will be responsible for the clients multi-site portfolios , consisting of Commercial office premises and charity centre’s. Proven experience of Tenant/Occupier liaison with a focus on Customer Service and budget management skills are essential to this role, as is a full driving license and own transport.
Knowledge of managing a Service Charge Budget would be an advantage but more importantly you will need previous experience of managing and maintaining a multi-site, focusing on Health and Safety implications, planned and reactive maintenance. You must be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified. This position will initially be on a 3 month fixed term contract and to start immediately.
