Electrical/BMS Controls Engineer - London based - Up to £32k
My client have an exciting opportunity for a experienced commercial maintenance engineer (elec bias) with controls experience to join their growing team of mobile engineers within London. The right candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 16:30pm and will be available to assist on a call out rota. Duties will include, but not be limited to PPM and reactive maintenance of all client mechanical & electrical assists and basic fault finding/repair of BMS/Controls.
Although, my client does not require a fully qualified controls engineer you must be familiar with BMS Controls systems (i.e. be able to be relied upon to carry out basic fault finding and repairs on BMS Systems such as Trend, Honeywell, Johnson Controls etc). Further training will be offered to further your knowledge and fast track you to full BMS Controls Engineer status.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below skills/attributes:
- Extensive experience of maintenance within a building services envionment in a similar role
- Experience of faultfinding & basic repair of BMS Controls
- Be fully electrically qualified (preferrably to City & Guilds 2391)
- Possess 17th Edition
- Hold full driving licence
- Have experience of reactive maintenance and PPMs including emergency lighting, alarms, single & 3 phase switches, ballast change, AHU, FCU. HVAC, seals, pumps, motors, valves etc.
Preferred skills/attributes will include:
- Any previous BMS Controls training (TREND etc).
