*A track record of work winning across Hard, Soft or TFM within the public or private sector.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to grow and nurture existing and new client relationships.
*A strong understanding of outsourced FM products and service streams, with the ability to identify growth opportunities within new and existing accounts.
*A genuine hunger for success, with a motivation to deliver to the most suitable product to ensure contract retention and growth.
