FRL Recruitment have been instructed by a leading FM Sevice Provider to recruit a highly motivated Commercial Bid Manager for their Business Development & Bid Team based in the South Our client are experts in FM, and the successful Bid Manager will posses a track record of successful 'work winning' bids gained in a similar type of organisation. The successful Commercial Bid Manager will be responsible for the project management, control and production of accurate and timely 'work winning' bids for our client, and will ensure all bids are executed in line with our clients processes and procedures, and that all bids meet both the customer needs as well as the business needs in terms of strategy and focus. It is imperative that the successful Commercial Bid Manager has the ability to deliver across the entire bid cycle, including costing, compliance, stakeholder relationships, bid writing and presentation. Excellent communication skills are essential, and the successful candidate will be able to communicate to a vast number of stakeholders, both internally within our client's organisation, as well as externally to the customer and sub-contractors.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include:

*To work closely with and coordinate all stakeholders during the bid process to ensure that the most strategically advantageous bid possible is delivered.

*Prepare tender costs in a consistently structured and accurate format with appropriate consideration of all foreseeable technical and commercial risks.

*Planning the delivery of bids agreeing and setting timescales with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal process and procedure, timeliness and quality of documentation.

*Maintaining appropriate up to date knowledge of the market place to ensure relevant and competitive bids are produced within commercial controls, to deliver best value commercial solutions and innovation to the customer and the business.

*Producing both quantative and qualitative written documentation for inclusion in bids, RFI and pre qualification documentation.

*Interpreting our own research, customer intelligence and the clients tender documentation to make certain that the bid strategy is clearly and robustly reflected in any submission made.
