FRL Recruitment are working in partnership with a major UK based Facilities Management (FM) service provider to identify and recruit a General Manager for a large multi-site, nationwide Hard Services / Technical biased account. Based in Luton. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a multi million technical account, supported by four contract managers and a helpdesk. The account is with a leading healthcare organisation, therefore experience of critical environments is essential. The Area General Manager will take financial responsibility for the account, driving performance to existing SLA's, whilst identifying areas of improvement, and possible contract additions and additional services. The successful General Manager will have a quantifiable track record of success in a similar nationwide multi-site contract, and posses excellent communication skills. Ideally, the successful candidate will be from a 'hard services' technical background.
