FRL are working with a UK Facilities Management Contractor to identify and recruit a National Performance Manager for a selection of major blue-chip customer accounts across the country.
The National Performance Manager will work alongside the Account Directors to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the various sites and service streams, focusing on customer service and contract retention. The National Performance Manager will motivate and inspire the numerous staff across both hard and soft facilities management delivery to strive for 5 star service, exceeding KPI's and meeting all contractual SLA's. With no direct financial responsibility in terms of budgets or P&L, this role presents and excellent opportunity to join a leading UK FM Contractor and truly drive performance and delivery from a customer service perspective.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, and will be an expert in integrated facilities management across both hard and soft services. Ideally, the successful National Performance Manager candidate would have a quantifiable track record of performance improvement within at least one major UK wide multi-site account, and will be a subject matter expert in at least one service stream (i.e cleaning or building maintenance).
