FRL Recruitment are currently working alongside a FTSE100 company to recruit an Offices Services Co-Ordinator / Facilities Assistant for their Central London Head Office.
The successful candidate will need to have similar experience within an Office environment and will have a background dealing with aspects of Facilities Management. Candidates will be responsible for the co-ordination of all facilities at the office, including Reception, Catering, Postal Requirements, Office Services Accounts and Maintaining Strong Relationships with Suppliers, Contractors, and Staff alike. As well as assisting the Site Services Manager with Budgets and assisting with Central Purchasing. The Client are looking for a candidate to Re-Motivate and Re-Inspire staff members, and to be able to communicate with all staff, ranging from the CEO to Post Room assistants.
This role would suit a Strong, Pro-Active individual that will challenge the norm and has a "Can Do" attitude.
