FRL are working with a leading UK Facilities Management contractor to identify and recruit a commercially astute Area Facilities Manager with a strong track record of delivering a high calibre of soft services for a role based in East London.
As Area Facilities Manager you will be responsible for driving and improving excellent customer relationships, ensuring that contract retention and organic growth is achieved. Managing a selection of buildings, you will ensure soft services are delivered to the highest possible standard, and will lead, motivate and enthuse a team of cleaners, facilities assistants, porters and building managers to ensure that best service is achieved.
Taking full responsibility for your regions P&L, you will drive the commercial activity through cost savings and efficiencies, as well as identifying areas of potential growth i.e. contract add-on' s and new service streams.
Excellent and proven management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage the commercial aspects of an outsourced facilities management account.

40,000 - 45,000 plus car
