Soft Services is a term used for a variety of Facilities Management (FM) services such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, gardening, pest control, window cleaning, signage and front of house, waste disposal, office clearances, disposal of equipment) as well as other 'ad hoc' services - conference room setups, minor moves and recycling management and training.
FRL have supported In House and Service provider organisations with specialist support staff for a number of years, all jobseekers that we place with companies are interviewed face to face and are put through a test to ensure suitability and to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
